Mastermind Hair Company – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee or deposit at the time of booking. *NEW CLIENTS: A non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee does not apply toward the service total and covers consultation, hair and scalp analysis, preparation, and reserved appointment time. *RETURNG CLIENTS: Deposits are non-refundable but are applied toward the service total. *Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment one (1) time only, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. The booking fee or deposit will transfer one time to a new appointment scheduled within seven (7) days of the original appointment. Any additional reschedule requests, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, will result in FORFEITURE of the booking fee or deposit. *No-Shows: Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. All booking fees or deposits will be forfeited, and future appointments may require full payment upfront. *Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled based on availability and will forfeit their booking fee or deposit.
